The Rental Process
Simple steps to secure your new home at Franklin Properties.
Online Credit Application
An online credit application is required to begin the rental process. The fee is $65.00 per person — non-refundable. Speak with a Leasing Consultant before applying.
Security Deposit & Lease
To hold an apartment, a security deposit is required and a lease must be signed. Until completed, we continue to advertise and show the unit.
First Month's Rent & Move In
The day before the lease begins, first month's rent must be paid by cash, cashier's check, or money order. Keys are then provided.
